Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate conservator sues aunt and grandmother

The administrator of Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate has sued the tragic 22-year-old's aunt and grandmother for breach of trust. Bedelia Hargrove filed legal papers earlier this month (Feb16), accusing Brown's maternal grandmother Cissy Houston and aunt Pat Houston of failing to distribute funds to allow her to operate the estate of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter. According to Bossip.com, the trust, which was established before Brown passed away last year (Jul15), is used to pay the late 22-year-old's estate expenses. However, the Houstons, who are co-trustees, have reportedly refused to pay the bills unless they deem them "reasonable", and Hargrove insists none of the expenses have been covered. She is seeking unspecified damages and lawyers' fees. "Respondents are impairing and impeding the proper administration of the estate," the suit filed in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia reads. "To date, the respondents have failed and refused to pay any expenses of administration of the estate after proper and repeated demands from the petitioner.
