Can Your Ex Sing? Prince Williams Can ***wink***

A former girlfriend of the Duke of Cambridge will audition on BBC One's The Voice this Saturday.
Rose Farquhar became involved with William when he left Eton in 2000. The daughter of Captain Ian Farquhar, master of the Beaufort Hunt, she has known the future king since they were children.
The 31-year-old sang before The Voice's all-star panel of US artist will.i.am, Boy George, Ricky Wilson and Paloma Faith in the hope that at least one of them would turn their chair for her.

She told the talent show coaches: “I'm Rose from London. I basically celebrate emerging brands in home-grown markets.”
She added: “I have sung since I was a little girl, singing really makes me tick.”
The pop star wannabe performed Anyone Who Had A Heart, the song popularised by Cilla Black.

“It was completely my kind of thing,” Kaiser Chiefs frontman Wilson said after her audition.
“Not many people in the world get to sing feet from Will, Paloma Faith, Boy George and Ricky. It is insane,” Rose said on the show.
The Voice is not her first experience of TV talent vehicles as she also appeared on BBC One's 2006 series How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? Hosted by Graham Norton, the hit show sought a singer to play Maria von Trapp in Andrew Lloyd Webber and David Ian's stage production of The Sound OfMusic.
Rose received a BBC Fame Academy Award to study acting in New York. She has since sung at various events.
The Shepherd's Bush resident will be among the auditionees fighting for the last remaining seven places in this week's final.
